Shell jacket, bloodstained and repaired, worn by Major Charles Clement Deacon. Believed to have been worn by Deacon at the battle of Chillianwallah, and possibly during the Indian Mutiny as well. 61st South Gloucestershire Regiment. 1849-1857.
