Webley Mk IV service revolver. War finish. Serial No. 124440. Hammer removed and bakelite grip damaged. This weapon was found by Lance-Corporal David MacDonald, RCMP, on Gloster Hill in Korea about a year after the battle of Imjin River. It is thought to have belonged to Lieutenant H.C. Cabral who deliberately destroyed and hid his revolver to prevent it falling into enemy hands prior to his capture. 1st Battalion, The Gloucestershire Regiment. Korea. 1951.
